Oxford College in Oxford, Georgia, is where Emory University began in 1835.

In 1915, the campus relocated to Druid Hills in Atlanta after receiving a land grant from Asa Candler, founder of the Coca-Cola company. Oxford College is renovating their Humanities Hall building, originally constructed in 1875. One of the upgrades is a new 2-stop elevator.
